WASHINGTON (Real Fake News) – DC District Court Judge James Boasberg today ordered the Trump administration to stop its policy of requiring people to pay off their student loans.
“I have never seen such a blatant disregard for the constitutional rights of the American people in my career,” said Boasberg in his order. “It is as if the Trump administration does not even know the meaning of the word ‘loan.'”
The Department of Education announced Monday that starting next month it would begin collection on federally-back student loans that are in default, including garnishing wages. However, unless Boasberg’s emergency injunction is reversed on appeal, it will prevent that new policy from taking effect.
“Where does this president come off thinking that people should have to pay for their college degrees?” said Matthew Goldberg, President of the Columbia University chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine, who filed for the injunction. “As we all learned from our professors, the Constitution guarantees us the right to have our social justice training paid for with loans from the government.”
Asked when those loans should be paid back, Goldstein replied, “What are you talking about, ‘paid back?’ Don’t you even know the definition of ‘loan?’ You’ve been spending too much time listening to propaganda from privileged Jews like Trump.”
Although the Trump administration has already appealed Boasberg’s order to the Circuit Court, Boasberg has scheduled a hearing for Friday demanding that Secretary of Education Linda McMahon explain why she should not be held in criminal contempt for ordering that student loans be repaid.
Meanwhile, in response to the Trump loan enforcement policy announcement, the Soros Open Anarchy Society has scheduled demonstrations and riots in Chicago, Boston, Portland, Los Angeles, and Denver for Saturday. “Loan repayment is just the latest Judeo-capitalist oppression to come from this administration, and our spontaneous demonstrations show just how angry the American people are about it” said Lois Blumenthal, the Society’s Director of Anti-Zionist Affairs.
