Federal criminal law provides a solution for sanctuary cities led by radical, open-borders, politicians who harbor illegal aliens.  Rather than penalize the lawful citizens, why not prosecute Sanctuary City leaders? Is that a radical idea?  No, it’s the law.  It’s...
“Americans never win anymore,” candidate Trump once blathered.  Au contraire!  The defeat of #Trumpcare was decidedly an American victory over both political parties … and hence a win for all Americans. The two major political parties may be “necessary” evils,...
The Senate requires confirmation hearings to give its consent to a nominee to become a Supreme Court Justice.  Fortunately, America doesn’t have to suffer through these vaudevillian productions often.  The Senators' partisan conduct is cringe-worthy.  Somewhere in this country,...
Useful Idiots is a phrase often attributed to the famous communist Russian revolutionary Vladimir Lenin.  During the cold war, the phrase became synonymous with dangerous, naïve, Americans who unknowingly and effectively carried Russian propaganda to the American people.  In...
“We came to be Americans!” Irish Prime Minster Enda Kenny said of Irish Immigrants. Amen to that sir.  In that moment where the Prime Minster spoke of the roots of Irish Immigrants and their indelible mark left on American society,...
The California Supreme Court Chief Justice is an embarrassment.  She might be incompetent.  She's certainly a partisan unaware of her role in this Federal Republic. Her disgraceful, political effort to stop ICE agents in pursuit of illegal immigrants in...

Judicial Jihad

Federal District Court judges don’t have national jurisdiction, nor did we intend to permit those judges to substitute their judgement for that of the elected president on issues of national security.  What we have before us is judicial jihad. “The...
The US News Law School Ranking is the bible for prospective law applicants.  It’s the King Bob Morse version.  Followed religiously and taken as gospel, the US News Ranking is part fact, part fiction, and only fractionally part of...
Western civilization is great.  In fact, it’s a superior method of social order, history, morality, and law, than competing world visions and cultures.  As such, it deserves a better spokesperson than Iowa Rep. Steve King.  Discussion of such issues...
You know what day it is; It's fired-up Friday.  We are fire-up by what Jan Brady would call, Russia, Russia, Russia. We have had enough already. Donald Trump is not a Russian agent.  After months of a suspect and politically motivated...
