I have been on a hiatus from Committed Conservative over the past few weeks as I moved my family from Virginia to Colorado, but I am making a brief return to make a point that shouldn't have to be made: Hurricane Harvey...
Donald Trump's followers insist that anyone who dares criticize "The Leader" is an Establishment™ lackey and a disloyal RINO™ (usually misspelled by them as "Rhino") and declare that they are the real conservatives. After all, Trump is The One We've...
To put it another way: Why are you a Republican? This is a vital question: Are you a Republican because you want to belong to a social organization, or is it because you're a committed conservative who wants to live in...
As a committed conservative and a Republican, I'm going to be blunt: President Trump is making an ass of himself, embarrassing himself and his country, and worst of all, making it almost impossible for any Republican in Congress to...
Since President Trump's inauguration five months ago, the Democrats and their lapdog "news" media have miscalculated on a scale that might be unprecedented in American political history. In order to understand their miscalculation, you have to understand that the Democrats...
Nothing is more sacrosanct amongst American principles and values than the right to free speech. When the Founding Fathers decided to add a Bill of Rights to our Constitution to guarantee our fundamental natural rights, "freedom of speech" was listed...
